This delicious traditional Tomato and Onion soup is served with a poached egg on top and fresh bread or croutons. We enjoyed this soup several times when we visited the beautiful Island of Madeira. We love to try as many new local foods as we can when we travel, one of our many favourite things to do! So this one we had to share, hope you enjoy it as much as we do. On your next trip we recommend joining a food tour or a cooking class, both fun and informative! Check out the Expedia Link below and let the adventures begin!
