Currently we’ve written about 20 of them across 6 countries and published over 75 travel guides which include detailed itineraries, top things to do, travel advice, tips & recommendations, local food experiences, and more.

Hello, my name is Beth de Verteuil, Head Travel Writer, Photography, & Owner here at Wild Meadow Studio, welcome to our site!
We are dedicated to a relaxed, early morning, slow travel style, offering thoughtful itineraries, tips & recommendations, photography-filled advice, and food driven experiences from around the world. Here you’ll find destination guides, travel tips, and well-planned itineraries designed to help you explore each place at a slower, more meaningful pace. We share our travel guides and advice from destinations like Italy, Portugal, France, South Africa, Japan, and Canada (with more to come). Our aim is to help you experience each place more intentionally and in a way you’ll never forget!
Each of our destinations becomes a Travel Series of at least 4 articles, including things to do, an itinerary, tips & recommendations, and a local recipe we recreate at home. Then we finish it off with our 5-pack of photographic Art Card collections, with photos we took at that location, these are offered for sale and act as a great keepsake or travel inspiration.
We also offer Travel Advice on things like; why starting your day off early will change everything, activities worth booking, how blogging actually works and more.
Our slow travel, early morning style is something we love, so much so, we wrote a blog and 2 free downloadable travel guides on it, “Your Daily Slow Travel Planner + Bonus Slow Morning Blueprint” request your free copies at the top of the page or through one of our pop ups.
