Beth de Verteuil – Owner and Head Photographer

Beth was born in a small town in New Hampshire, U.S.A. in 1969. She spent her early years living in Florida and California before moving to Canada, where her parents are originally from.  She moved to Ottawa as a teenager and has since made this her home. She currently lives in the village of Metcalfe (South of Ottawa) with her husband and two sons.

With an educational background in interior design and a passion for both country life and photography, the artistic aspects and beauty of the countryside shine through in her artwork.

Beth and her family share a love of travel, and she enjoys showing off different views of the world through her lens. They have travelled throughout Canada, the U.S.A. and Mexico as well as New Zealand, Europe, Japan and South Africa and look forward to many more adventures.

More recently, Beth has decided to share her experiences and knowledge in a new Travel and Photography Blog, “Focus on the Journey”. Hoping to inspire others to travel and get out there and explore our big, beautiful world!
